Our Story
Originally founded as a Student Rental Housing Company in 2018, we shifted our portfolio to short term rentals after seeing the huge influx of domestic travelers at the start of COVID-19. We have partnered with Residential and Commercial Landlords with our Master Lease Partnership Agreement. Guaranteed Income for the owner of the property, no worry about tenants defaulting on rent and no ability to evict.

In-House Cleaning Staff
Our entire cleaning staff is hired directly, we don't outsource our cleaning to another company. This enables us to have the most quality control over our cleaning standards and maintain professional level cleanliness after each stay.
